She came to our store with two beautiful blue sapphires and some diamonds and she wanted us to convert that gemstons into ring with a matching necklace so we did. This ring set in 18kt yellow gold, with a 2.88ct sapphire and 18 diamonds with a total weight of 0.10ct pave set on the shoulders.
